Tal Menahem is a Ph.D. candidate in Philosophy in the Gender Studies Department at Bar-Ilan University. Her research focuses on the concept of desire in Luce Irigaray’s writings and its theoretical, political, and pedagogical potential, supervised by Prof. Miri Rozmarin. She holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Art History and an M.A. in Philosophy from Tel Aviv University. She participated in Irigaray’s doctoral seminar and scholars’ conference (2021, 2023). She is currently translating Irigaray’s To Be Born into Hebrew, forthcoming with Resling Publishing.
