Rachel Verliebter est doctorante au sein du département de philosophie juive de l'Université Bar-Ilan. Sa thèse est consacrée à l'étude du symbolisme et de la phénoménologie de l'eau dans la mystique juive. Une part importante de ses recherches interdisciplinaires porte sur l'histoire intellectuelle juive médiévale et moderne, en se concentrant sur l'influence de la Kabbale sur le discours identitaire moderne, avec une attention toute particulière accordée à l'École de pensée juive de Paris.
Rachel est chercheuse associée (fellow) au Centre Maayan d'éthique, de philosophie et de développement durable, ainsi qu'à l'Institut pour l'histoire des Juifs allemands (Institut für die Geschichte der deutschen Juden) de l'Université de Hambourg. Enfin, Rachel est une psychotherapeute expérimentée ; il convient par ailleurs de souligner ses nombreuses contributions en tant que commissaire d'expositions consacrées à l'art juif à travers les époques.
Rachel Verliebter is is a doctoral fellow at the Maayan Center for Ethics, Philosophy and Sustainability at Bar-Ilan University, currently completing her dissertation which is dedicated to investigating the symbolism and phenomenology of water in Jewish mysticism. She serves as a research fellow at the Institut für die Geschichte der deutschen Juden at the University of Hamburg. In her wider interdisciplinary research, Rachel explores medieval and modern Jewish intellectual history, centering on the role of Kabbalah in modern identity discourse with a particular focus on the Parisian school of Jewish thought (L'École de pensée juive de Paris). Rachel is also a seasoned art therapist and curator.
רחל פֶרליבטר היא דוקטורנטית במחלקה לפילוסופיה יהודית באוניברסיטת בר-אילן. עבודתה מוקדשת לסימבוליקה ופנומנולוגיה של המים במיסטיקה היהודית. ענף משמעותי בעבודתה הינו חקר ההיסטוריה האינטלקטואלית היהודית בימי הביניים ובעת החדשה, תוך התמקדות בהשפעות קבליות על שיח הזהות המודרני, בייחוד זה של אסכולת פריז. רחל היא עמיתת מכון מעין לחקר הפילוסופיה היהודית לנוכח אתגרי הקיימות ועמיתת המכון להיסטוריה של יהדות גרמניה באוניברסיטת המבורג. רחל היא מטפלת באמנות ותיקה, תצויינה גם תרומותיה לאצירת אמנות יהודית לדורותיה.
