Noa Sommer Cohen was born and raised in Tel Aviv–Jaffa. She is the Manager of Development and Policy for Young Adults at the Tel Aviv–Jaffa Municipality and the mother of Ori.

In her role, she leads the development of municipal services, citywide programs, and community infrastructure for young adults, while driving cross-municipal policy development and strategic initiatives aimed at improving the lives of the city’s young residents.

Previously, she led the Social Entrepreneurship field within the Young Adults Unit and managed the Kiryat Shalom Young Adults Center.

Alongside her professional work, she is actively involved in social entrepreneurship and community engagement.
