​ד"ר יונתן אייקנבאום (אלון) הוא סמנכ"ל ארגון "חיים וסביבה" ומחבר הספר "קיימות מבראשית". מחקריו עוסקים בממשק שבין קיימות להגות היהודית,  במושג הקניין והשלכותיו הסביבתיות, ובמשמעות המצוות מבחינת אתיקה סביבתית.

Dr. Jonathan Aikhenbaum (Alon) is the Deputy Director of the "Life and Environment" organization and author of the book Sustainability from Genesis. His research addresses the intersection of sustainability and Jewish thought, the concept of property ownership and its environmental implications, and the meaning of the commandments in terms of environmental ethics.
