Inbal Ron has been the CEO of the Dror Educational Network since 2017. The Network  operates within a comprehensive framework of social pedagogy aimed at promoting high-quality public education, social change, and relevant, human-centered learning environments across Israel.
Under her leadership, educational frameworks have been established — including schools, kindergartens, boarding facilities, and neighborhood-based community programs — providing ongoing support for diverse populations, from early childhood through adolescence and youth. Ron’s work emphasizes learning through encounter, recognition, and inclusion, using tools such as emotional support, cultural transformation, and community involvement in collaboration with leading systems and stakeholders in Dror Educational Network's educational initiatives.
In times of crisis — such as during the recent rounds of conflict and the evacuation of Kibbutz Be'eri — Ron led the establishment of emergency kindergartens and support frameworks for children and educators in affected regions. Her leadership reflects a deep educational vision centered on resilience, transformation, and social rehabilitation through education, emotional support, and trauma-informed care.
Ron’s approach is grounded in values of social hope, emotional engagement, and educational empowerment. She believes that education is a powerful tool for social change, and that the school must be a true home — a place where every student has meaning, voice, and influence.
