Dr. Wagman was the Director-General of the Israel Anti-Money Laundering and Terror Financing Authority, and the acting Director-General of the Israel Privacy Protection Authority. She shaped domestic policy and led hundreds of financial investigations. She led the Israeli delegation to the FATF organization (the global watchdog on money laundering and terrorism financing) and served as the Co-Chair of the FATF's operational working group. She worked with law firms in the USA and Israel, and was co-editor of a book on Cybercrime (NYU Press 2005). She holds JSD and LL.M. degrees from Yale Law School and a joint LL.B. and B.A. degree (magna cum laude) from the Hebrew University. She clerked for the Chief Justice of the Israeli Supreme Court, the Honorable Prof. Aharon Barak. Currently, she is a Faculty Associate at the BKC at Harvard Law School and a Research Fellow at the M-RCBG at the Kennedy School of Government. Until 2022, she was the Director-General of the Israel Anti-Money.
