Issachar (Issi) Rosen-Zvi is a Professor of Law at Tel Aviv University’s Faculty of Law and the director-elect of the Edmond J. Safra Center for Ethics at Tel Aviv University. He holds a JSD from Stanford University and clerked for the Honorable Chief Justice Aharon Barak of the Israeli Supreme Court. His areas of expertise are administrative law, local government law, and procedural law. He is the recipient of the Zeltner and Fatal prizes for excellence in research.
